I really enjoy Nexon for their games, especially Combat Arms. However, I can't stand the whole Nexon Cash nonsense. Like someone else mentioned, their customer service is pretty awful. If you’ve got an issue, I’d suggest you consider legal action if they can’t resolve even a small problem. I went through the same thing and eventually got the $5 item I purchased. They really need to chill out, since it’s just a code they send to your account, which doesn’t cost them anything. So, to sum it up, the games are entertaining and addictive, but their in-game shops are a total rip-off. Don’t waste your money on Nexon Cash; just enjoy the game for free, no matter how tempting those items might seem... it’s just not worth the hassle like that other guy experienced.
